Shipping Policy

Order confirmation
Kindly please be noted that the Delivery will be arranged only after the order is paid in full. All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please give us some time and we will send you the tracking information within 24 - 72 hours.

Due to the limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes from most of the carriers, kindly please contact us online directly or mail to us by sales@hunstlaser.com in advance if the delivery address was P.O. Boxes. We highly recommend that you use company address.

Shipping time
The shipping time for international express is about 7-15 days. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us by dgshopify@126.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unless otherwise stated on the official website of the relevant international courier company (carrier), the delivery time is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed and should not be used as a basis.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping only to the following countries & regions incl. America, Canada, Britain, Europe, Australia, Mexico, (more shipping areas will be available online together with the development of our business).

In regard to international shipping, the only delivery provided by the carrier is Yunexpress. If you need products mailed by other couriers, or if the receiving address is in a remote area, please contact us by email (dgshopify@126.com) before placing your order, and we will calculate the shipping costs for you. All costs and shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Hunstlaser mall handles relevant transportation procedures according to customer requirements, Uniform delivery by SF Express (if there is no special request for a designated courier company).

Our responsibilities and obligations are limited to delivering the goods as agreed, assisting customers to inquire about logistics and transportation, and do not bear any other responsibilities.Please refer to the express logistics regulations for all claims. During the whole inquiry period of express logistics, customers shall not claim compensation. The customer needs to verify the detailed address and telephone number of the consignee to avoid delay in delivery.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving confirmation, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please reject it and email us as soon as possible at sales@hunstlaser.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
